We collect your name, company name (if applicable), title (if applicable), email address and telephone number. This is collected from your form fills on the JIFFY.ai website or when you download our content and complete form fills on third party social media platforms and professional networking sites, such as LinkedIn.

The security information, (including passwords, password hints, etc.) which you use to access our Services.

We may provide social media sharing features on some of our web pages and communications so you can share information via those channels. Doing this may mean that some information is shared about you by their site. Any PII collected by Paanini may be transferred to, stored and processed in your region, the United States or any other country in which Paanini or its subsidiaries, sub-contractors, service providers, sub-processors or partners maintain facilities. Our subsidiaries, sub-contractors, agents and partners are required by contract to safeguard any PII they receive from us and are prohibited from using the PII for any other purpose than to perform the services as instructed by us.

While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others. If you use our Services on the cloud, responsibility for securing access to the information you put into the Services rests with you and not Paanini.

If you are in the European Economic Area, it may be necessary for your personal information to be transferred to, and processed in, other countries including the United States. If we transfer your personal information outside of the European Economic Area we use a variety of legal mechanisms, which may include contractual terms, to protect your rights with respect to your personal information.

Many of our Services are intended for use by organizations who are our customers.
